  • Thanks buddy, nothing as be sure of what you download.

  • Cynic

It still is not recognized by my PC. I have reinstalled three times, rebooted three times, reconnected three times. Changing the retarded ‘default’ setting of USB Charging to Software Installation does NOTHING, and after a few seconds, defaults back to USB Charging.

I am starting to think the Galaxy S7 Edge is simply just a steaming pile of dog shit.

Same, it did not work for me either.

      • Just install samsung drivers.Search Samsung Galaxy drivers and install that on your PC

        • adam

Thanks, but that didn’t work either. What did eventually work was when I switched to the USB chord that Samsung gave me with the phone. I was using a chord I got with an older phone… And here I thought all USB cables were the same.

for those still having issues…. MTP must be activated within developer options and then you can add and take off stuff off your phone as if it was a usb drive.
google developer options. and a good wire

    • Mike44R

My S7 edge has no “Developer Options”. So, now what?

      • Shiva

tap build name in system status for 5 times. Developer OPtion will get enabled
