In this guide, you will learn How to Download & Install Official Android Marshmallow 6.0 On Moto X Style/Pure XT1575.Motorola just officially released latest Android marshmallow for Indian Moto X Style/pure edition devices.But this update is not available for Moto X Style/Pure XT1575.

If you are from India, then you can easily update your Moto X Style to latest android 6.0 Marshmallow.This is now available via OTA.To update Go to settings->about Phone->System Update.

This update is only for Indian users but thanks to XDA dev Sabissimo for porting this official OTA Marshmallow ROM to Moto X Style/Pure XT1575, now Moto X Style/Pure XT1575 users also manually update their devices to this official Marshmallow ROM.He has tested the ROM and it was working.But your Device must be rooted to use this process.

Pre-Requirements:

• Make sure you have TWRP recovery installed in your device.For Guide go to this link->Root Motorola Moto X Pure (2015) & Install TWRP Recovery v2.8.7.0
• Make sure your device model is XT1575 for below steps.

Step By Step Guide

• First of all Download TWRP Backup folder then extract it and “modem update.zip” then copy it to your phone.Now turn OFF you Moto X Pure
• Then Boot into Bootloader mode.To Do So:- Turn On it gain By holding (Volume down button and power button) at the same time for 6 seconds and release it,you will again see the  bootloader.Now plug your device with your PC.
• After that copy non-hlos.bin that you have downloaded from above links and paste it in the mfastboot folder.
• Now navigate to mfastboot folder where you installed earlier. Hold the shift key and right click on the mouse the in any blank space in that folder you will see open command window here click on that.
• Now type the below code in command prompt and hit enter.

fastboot flash modem non-hlos.bin

• You have successfully flashed TWRP Recovery in your Moto X Pure XT1575 running on android lollipop.
• Now press volume down button on your Moto X Pure  to highlight the recovery option in the boot loader And  Press Power button to select it.
• Your device will reboot Into Recovery Mode,in recovery, Now just Restore the TWRP Backup you have downloaded from above download section.
• After that Flash “modem update.zip”  from twrp recovery.Now Factory reset your device.

Done!!!!Your Moto X Style/Pure XT1575 would be running on latest Official Android Marshmallow 6.0
