Download/Install Xiaomi Mi A1 8.2.6 Oreo Beta Firmware (OPR1.170623.026.8.2.6): Xiaomi has been quite aggressive when it comes to releasing Android 8.0 Oreo update for its premium smartphones. Xiaomi and other budget smartphone manufacturers have this bad reputation that they do not provide updates to their smartphone users as often as other popular smartphones brands do. Android 8.0 Oreo Beta 8.2.6 for Xiaomi Mi A1 is available for download.

Xiaomi has started releasing the stable Oreo update but it is continuously updating its Oreo beta because of new bugs reported and they are adding subtle features most of the time. Steps To Install Xiaomi Mi A1 8.2.6 Oreo Beta Firmware (OPR1.170623.026.8.2.6)

Step 1. Download the firmware and extract MiA1-Tool-Flasher-Oreo.7z tool.

Step 2. Reboot your Xiaomi Mi A1 into fastboot mode by holding Power and Volume Up buttons together.

Step 3. Connect the phone to your computer and execute Rom-Flasher.bat file.

Step 4. You will get three options on your screen. You can select any option but it is better to go with Option 2 which is “Clean install, without relocking bootloader”.

Wait for some time with for wiping and flashing Oreo ROM and then disconnect the phone from your computer. Give your phone a reboot normally and start enjoying Oreo ROM.
