The skin was in the testing phase and now OnePlus has started the OxygenOS 12 Closed Beta Program for OnePlus Nord users.

OnePlus officially started the news on their community forum, stating that the company will be inviting 150 people who meet the requirements to attend the Closed Beta Program. The program is limited to users in India and it is expected to become available for other regions in the coming days.
