In the latest iPhone 14 Series, Apple has added several new features like satellite connection, Dynamic Island Style, and more. Apple has even added more battery capacity compared to last year’s iPhone 13 Series.
Apple reveals the battery details for the iPhone 14 Series
According to the latest reports, Apple has revealed the battery capacity of the iPhone 14 Series. The battery capacity of iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, and iPhone 14 Pro has increased. However, the battery capacity of the iPhone 14 Pro Max has been reduced compared to its predecessor. Here is a comparison of how the battery capacities of the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 lineups compare.
- iPhone 13 – 3,227mAh
- iPhone 13 Pro – 3,095mAh
- iPhone 13 Pro Max – 4,352mAh
- iPhone 14 – 3,279mAh
- iPhone 14 Plus – 4,325mAh
- iPhone 14 Pro – 3,200mAh
- iPhone 14 Pro Max – 4,323mAh
As it can be seen, the iPhone 14 Plus has the largest battery in the latest lineup. The official listing states that the iPhone 14 Pro Max, which features almost the same battery as the Plus model offers a longer battery life. It is probably due to the fact that the Pro model has a ProMotion display, which is believed to support 10Hz to 120Hz variable refresh rate.
On September 9th, Apple started receiving pre-orders for the iPhone 14 lineup. The iPhone 14 Plus variant is expected to go on sale from October 7th whereas the three models will be available for purchase from September 16th.
