No. Bootloader MUST BE unlocked to install custom ROMs. And unlocking bootloader is so easy in Sony Xperia Z Ultra using the Sony’s official website: https://developer.sonymobile.com/unlockbootloader/
Can any one tell if the Camera and Proximity sensor work properly on Nougat 7.0 on Xperia Z Ultra? If yes, only then I will try this one.
