Also it is not able to read contacts saved on the sim card.
Is that a bug, or it has to do something with CM

Just search for the stock firmware and flash that using Odin this will fix bootloop .Then again you can try to flash the right CM ROM on your device
i have fixed the bootloop but the rom u have provided is not flashing always showing error though my device is samsung galaxy s duos 2 gt s7582
also g apps is not working it goes black screen after saying checking info
