After a couple of months of waiting, Xiaomi has finally released the much-awaited MIUI 11 update based on Android 10 for the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 and Mi CC9 (Mi 9 Lite) models. The new firmware update brings February 2020 Android Security Patch version that offers improved system stability & security to the device. Meanwhile, the update also brings improved status bar, notification shade, and localized payment security icon for India as well. The software update is rolling out globally and it features a new firmware version MIUI V18.104.22.168.QEEMIXM for the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 and Mi CC9 (Mi 9 Lite) model. Meanwhile, the users can check for software updates via the device Settings – About Phone – System Update – Check for OTA update. The OTA update is rolling out via batches and can take some time to appear on all the units. The OTA update size is around 2.0GB (Recovery) and the Fastboot update size is around 2.5GB.
