1. Adjust uTorrent Settings
- Launch uTorrent client.
- Click on Options > Preferences > Click on BitTorrent.
- Under the Protocol Encryption, select Forced > Click on Apply and OK.
2. Allow uTorrent through Firewall
- Open Windows Firewall program.
- Go to Allow an app through firewall.
- Click on Change settings.
- Select or Add the uTorrent/BitTorrent app from the list.
- Click on checkmark both the Public and Private domain options.
- Save changes and restart your computer.
3. Enable Port Forwarding on uTorrent
- Launch uTorrent client.
- Click on Options > Preferences > Connection.
- Checkmark ‘Enable UPnP port mapping’, ‘Enable NAT-PMP port mapping’, and ‘Add Windows Firewall exception’ to activate.
- Click on Apply and OK.
