  • Wipe System Cache

  1. Power off your Galaxy S9 or S9 Plus.
  2. Now, press and hold the “Volume up + Bixby + Power” buttons.
  3. After the screen with No commands message comes up on the screen, tap it.
  4. Now, use volume keys for highlighting the wipe cache partition and then use power button for selecting it.
  5. Finally, confirm it by selecting yes option.
  • Factory reset

  1. Power off your Galaxy S9 or S9 Plus.
  2. Now, press and hold the “Volume Up + Bixby + Power” buttons.
  3. Tap the screen when the screen shows the No commands message.
  4. Use the volume keys for highlighting wipe data/factory reset and then use the power button for selecting it.
  5. Confirm it by selecting the yes option and clearing the cache.
