  1. Clear the Bluetooth app cache

  • Open the settings and tap on App manager.
  • Find the Bluetooth app and tap on storage.
  • Finally, tap on clear cache button.

  • Power off your Redmi Note 5 or Note 5 Pro.
  • Now, press and hold the “Volume up + Power” buttons.
  • Tap on the screen after you see the screen showing a No commands message.
  • Now, use the volume keys for highlighting wipe cache partition and then use power button for selecting it.
  • Confirm it by selecting yes option.
  1. Hard Reset

  • Power off your Redmi Note 5 or Note 5 Pro.
  • Now, press and hold the “Volume Up + Power” buttons.
  • Tap the screen once you see the screen displaying a No commands message.
  • Use the volume keys for highlighting the Wipe data/factory reset option. Use the power button for selecting it.
  • Confirm it by selecting yes option.
