Methods to fix the carrier hub processing requests constant notifications won’t go away error
On some occasions, the processing request notifications cannot be closed from the notifications on Samsung Galaxy devices. Moreover, there will be times when the notification panel keeps on showing “MCM client requests processing”. Here are some of the methods that you can use to fix this issue.
Method 1: Update the Carrier Hub app
- Launch Google Play Store
- Tap on the three-dots present in the top-right corner
- Head over to My Apps & Games
- Find the Carrier Hub and check if there is any new update available
- If there is a new update available, tap on Update and let it get installed
Method 2: Clear cache and storage of Carrier Hub
- Head over to the device’s Settings menu
- Tap on Apps & Notification
- Then, tap on “See all apps” for viewing the apps installed on your smartphone
- After that, locate and select the Carrier Hub from the list
- Select the Storage and Cache option
- Tap on “Clear Cache” and it’ll erase the cached data
- Tap on Clear Storage and choose OK to delicate the app storage data
- Return to the App Info again and then choose Force stop of the Carrier Hub app
- Turn on Airplane mode and then turn it off again after waiting a few seconds
- A reboot could bring back the MCM Client again
Method 3: Disable notifications for Carrier Hub
- Go to the Settings menu on your smartphone
- Now, head over to Notifications
- After that, turn off and turn on notifications for Carrier Hub
- The processing requests notifications will quickly go away
- You can even turn off the notifications by pressing and holding the option
- After that, choose Turn Off Notifications or Mute Notifications
