Method 1: Check for system updates
- Head over to the Settings menu on the console
- Select System Software Update and check for the available updates
- Follow the on-screen instructions for completing the update process
- Once it’s done, reboot the system to apply the changes
Method 2: Delete saved game data on your PS4 and PS5 consoles
- Head over to the Settings Menu and then select Storage
- Select Saved Data and select FIFA 23
- Now, press the Options button on the PS4/PS5 controller and choose the saved game data files
- Press Delete and confirm the task for completing it
- Once it’s done, ensure that you reboot the console to apply changes
Method 3: Reinstall the game
- Go to Settings and there you should select Storage
