1.Force Reboot Your device

This process is effective for minor firmware- and hardware-related glitches and all your data will be safe.To Perform Force reboot, press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power key together for 20 to 30 seconds.The phone will boot up if the issue is fixed.If Not follow the Next step

2.Full Charge Your Device

After Force reboot your Note 5 now time to full charge the phone.If everything goes right you will see charging screen after 10 minutes.If not try below steps

  1. Try charging your phone with your PC.Connect your phone via USB cable provided with by Samsung and leave it for minimum 30 minutes.If your phone responds then the problem is fixed.

3.Boot Your Phone Into safe mode

Try booting In Safemode.This will fix it if the problem is caused by faulty applications.To Do So Follow the Steps below:

  1. First Turn off your Note 5 completely.
  2. Then Press and hold the Power key and the Volume Down key.
  3. When the phone starts to boot, release the Power key but continue holding the Vol Down key until the phone finished restarting.
  4. Safe mode will be displayed at the lower left corner; you may release the Volume Down key now.

4.Boot Your Phone Into Recovery Mode and Wipe cache partition

  1. Turn off the Galaxy Note 5.
