1.Force Reboot Your device

This process is effective for minor firmware- and hardware-related glitches and all your data will be safe.To Perform Force reboot, press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power key together for 20 to 30 seconds.The phone will boot up if the issue is fixed.If Not follow the Next step

2.Full Charge Your Device

After Force reboot your Note 5 now time to full charge the phone.If everything goes right you will see charging screen after 10 minutes.If not try below steps

  1. Try charging your phone with your PC.Connect your phone via USB cable provided with by Samsung and leave it for minimum 30 minutes.If your phone responds then the problem is fixed.

3.Boot Your Phone Into safe mode

  2. the red led light shows i,ve tried the various booting types close to a year now the led changes to blue when i try to turn it on and stays blue whilst playing the startup sound which also doesnt finish and the process is repetitive i,ve done a first repair before it was the motherboard soooo confused and frustrated i’m out of ideas.
