Method 1: Check the offline status
- Press the Xbox button on your controller and go to the Profile section
- Select Profile and System
- Choose Settings and then select General
- Select Network Settings on your Xbox console and then select Go Offline
- Once it’s done, go to the game library and then run the Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga game once more
Method 2: Check for available game updates
- Press the Xbox button on the controller
- Then, choose My Games and Apps and select See All
- Select Manage and then Updates
- If any update is available, your console will start downloading the update automatically and install the new patch
Method 3: Check for system updates
- Press the Home button on your Xbox console to open the Dashboard menu
- Then, select Settings from the bottom of the menu and select All Settings
- Go to System and select Updates
- Select Update Console if any updates are available
- Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update process
- Restart the Xbox console to apply the changes
Method 4: Uninstall and reinstall the game
- Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the Guide menu
- Choose My Games and Apps and hit See All
- Go to Games
- Select the Ready to Install tab and select Queue
- Choose “Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga” as it’s the game you’re trying to reinstall
- Press the Menu Button on the controller
- Select Manage Game and Add-ons or Manage App
- Choose Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga and then select Uninstall all
- Ensure that you’re selecting Uninstall All to confirm the task
- Wait for the uninstallation process to complete
- Reboot the system for applying the changes
- Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the guide menu again
- Hit My Games and Apps and select See All
- Head over to Games
- Select the Ready to install tab and then hit Install
- Wait for the entire process to finish and restart your Xbox console
This fix doesn’t work. Still crashes upon “successful loading”. Reinstalling the game isn’t viable between each load of a 50+ GB game.
