Recently, Samsung also released Android 7.0 stable Nougat update for Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge and now it’s time for Galaxy S6 and S6 edge to getting Android 7.0 Nougat update. Samsung said that Galaxy S6 and S6 edge will get Android 7.0 Nougat update in the middle of 2017.
The update will roll out via OTA (Over-the-air) and will reach you region to region. If you have rooted Galaxy S6 or S6 edge then you may not get the OTA update so it’s better to unroot your device for getting the Android Nougat update.
Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge Nougat update are also certified by WiFi Alliance authorities last week.You can expect the update for your Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge, once Samsung completes the OTA update for Galaxy S7 and S7 edge.
