Galaxy Z Fold 2 is now getting April 2021 security patch update. Getting the security patch ahead of the month is not something new to Samsung phones. The April security patch has already reached a couple of Samsung’s phones including the Galaxy S21 series, Galaxy Note 10, Galaxy A21s, and Galaxy A51.
In addition to a new security patch, the latest update for Galaxy Z Fold 2 improves camera performance. The update carrying firmware version F916BXXU1DUCE is reportedly rolling out in Germany and Russia. Soon, it will head to other regions as well.
If you’re an owner of Galaxy Z Fold 2 from the specified regions and have not received the update yet, then check for the latest update manually by navigating to Settings >> Software update.
