Method 1: Restart the PC

Method 2: Disable overlays
The primary culprit behind this problem is the overlay apps like MSI After Burner and RiverTuner that display information regarding CPU and FPS. Now just turn off these overlays and the game will no longer crash.
- First, you should open Stream client -> Navigate to Library
- Right-click on Dark and Darker and then select Properties
- After that, you should head over to the General section and uncheck the Enable Steam Overlay checkbox
- Now, return to the Library and reopen Squad for checking for the issue
Method 3: Launch Dark and Darker in Windowed Mode
- Open the Steam Client and head over to Library
