Method 1: Find the Dragon’s tears
The way you can get your hands on Master Sword is by finding all eleven geoglyphs and collecting the eleven Dragon’s Tears associated with them. After collecting all of them, you will be told the location of the final 12th tear, in the Akkala region. Go to the Rist Peninsula and get your hands on the final Tear, which reveals the location of the Master Sword.

Method 2: Save the Deku Tree
You will find that the Lost Woods is closed off to you from the Surface of Hyrule. However, if you’re going into the Depths, you will be able to easily access Korok Forest and have a conversation with the Deku Tree.
Once you reach the Korok Forest, you should talk to the Deku Tree and find out if he’s feeling well. You will have to go inside the Deku Tree and dive deep into the charm inside him. Once you are at the bottom of the charm, you will have to fight Gloom Hands. Depending on when you’re doing this, it might be tough so ensure you’re bringing food that can heal and resist gloom.
After defeating the Gloom Hands, you should return to Korok Forest and speak to the Deku Tree and he’ll give you the Recovering Hero’s Sword quest. This will mark the location of the Light Dragon on the map.
