HTC has been busy at work doing some repair work for the company as they are not doing so great in the mobile industry. HTC has interestingly been lagging behind to its competitors from the past years due to some gruelling decisions and some sub-par hardware. HTC’s U Ultra also has not received good reviews from the critics. This has made the company focus on the past flagships. Yesterday, we reported that HTC 10 was receiving March security patch, now the flagship of HTC from 2015 is receiving the update.
HTC’s 2015 flagship, the One M9 is receiving a new OTA update that installs the March security patch on the smartphone. The update is very big in size coming via an On-the-Air update at 466.77MB, the OTA is arriving with the firmware build 4.30.617.2. It brings along several enhancements and bug fixes to the smartphone alongside the aforesaid monthly security patch.
