Huawei Mate 30 Series bags July security patch with EMUI 10.1 (10.1.0.152)

Huawei Mate 30 series (Huawei Mate 30, Mate 30 Pro, Mate 30 5G, Mate 30 RS Porsche Design, and Mate 30 Pro 5G) has just started receiving the latest July 2020 security patch update in the domestic market (China).

The latest airborne update brings new software version EMUI 10.1.0.152 which will upgrade the devices from EMUI 10.1.0.150. The latest update brings loads of security patches which fixes different levels of exploits and issues within Huawei phones including  5 critical and 9 high levels of CVEs..

As per the earlier reports, the update is currently being rolled in some regions via OTA (Over-the-air). Just like any other update, it has been rolled out in a phased manner, so it may take up to a few days for the update to be available on all handsets.
