Huawei might have started EMUI 11 (Android 11) beta recruitment for some of its devices

We have been hearing about EMUI 11 update for a while. Back in February, reports came out mentioning that the Huawei Mate 30 series will be the first to receive EMUI 11 (Android 11) update. Some reports also believed that the EMUI 11 will be based on Huawei’s own Harmony OS.

Earlier, An alleged list of devices getting EMUI 11 surfaced online. The list includes Mate 30 series, Mate 20X/Pro, Mate X, P40 series, P30 series, and more. Huawei will unveil the Android 11 based EMUI 11 in Q3 2020.

EMUI 10.1 recruitment

Now, a beta recruitment page goes live on the club.huawei.com website for the recruitment of EMUI 10.1. Huawei always do such recruitment programs before a major update. Therefore, the devices in this list are expected to be a tester of EMUI 11 beta. Eligible devices are – Huawei P40, P40 Pro, P40 Pro+, Mate 30 4G, Mate 30 Pro 4G, Mate 30 5G, Mate 30 Pro 5G, Mate 30 RS Porsche Design, Matepad Pro, and Matepad Pro 5G.
