IQOO is gearing up to launch a new affordable smartphone dubbed IQOO U1x. The device is now listed on the Chinese retailer website JD.com which reveals some key specifications and renders too. The listing shows a price tag of ¥9999 which is just a placeholder, the actual price will be different.
As per the JD listing, the upcoming IQOO U1x will feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 662 chipset and packs a 5,000mAh battery. The device will be available in three memory configurations – 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, 6GB RAM + 64GB storage, and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage.
The front panel comes with a waterdrop notch to house the selfie camera. A fingerprint scanner is present on the side, which means the phone is most likely to have an IPS LCD display. Coming to the rear side, we can see a vertical camera setup that consists of 3 sensors and an LED flash. The company’s branding can be seen down to the camera setup.
IQOO U1x will come in two color options – Light Black and Morning Frost. The device is available for reservation in China through JD.com and pre-sales begins on October 21. That’s all pretty much details the listing reveals. However, we can expect more details to surface online in the coming days.
