Samsung has started rolling out the June 2022 Security Patch Update for the Samsung Galaxy S22 Series and the update will bring in various camera improvements. The update started rolling out in South Korea today and is expected to reach other markets in the coming days and weeks.
The new June 2022 Security Patch Update for the Samsung Galaxy S22, Samsung Galaxy S22+, and Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will come with the firmware version S90xNKSU1AVF1 and feature many bug fixes, enhancements, and improvements while making the device more stable and user-friendly. Moreover, the update will be around 1.7 GB in size, which means you’ll need to keep your Galaxy S22 Series device connected to a high-speed Wi-Fi connection and have more than 60% battery backup to seamlessly download and install the update.
After installing the June 2022 Security Update, the Galaxy S22’s camera will offer images with natural sharpness and improved contrast. The bug that stopped capturing images after a shot in the Single Take mode has been fixed as well. Meanwhile, Samsung has also improved the automatic white balance performance, which means whites will appear more natural while taking images of dogs or other pets. The South Korean OEM has even optimized memory utilization when recording videos.
