Meizu watches to launch in the Q4 2020, officially confirmed

Yesterday we have covered that Meizu may launch a smartwatch in coming months as the company shared a Flyme OS poster where we spotted a watch vector.

And guess what, we are right. The company has officially confirmed that it will be launching smartwatches in the 4th Quater of 2020. The company shared a poster with tagline “Flyme For watch” and 2020 Q4 written under the tagline.

We think the Meizu watch may come with Flyeme Wear OS which will be skinned version of Google’s Android Wear OS

This is not surprising as most of the big Chinese mobile manufactures are keen to get into the smartwatch market as it is growing rapidly. Vivo, Oppo and many others have started working on their smartwatches and now Meizu has officially joined the list.
