Two more Nokia devices have started receiving the June 2020 security patch update. These two devices are Nokia 5.1 and Nokia 3.1. The update aims to improve the security of the device.
Along with the security patch, the update improves the performance and stability of the devices. The update is currently being rolled out via OTA (over-the-air). The update size is around 105MB for both the device.
HMD Global has rolled out this airborne update in a phase-wise manner. So it will take time to available all across the globe. You can manually check for the update from your device’s settings.
Steps to check OTA update manually on Nokia 5.1 and Nokia 3.1
Now, all the interested Nokia 5.1 and Nokia 3.1 users can easily search for the latest software update via the Settings – Advanced – System Update – Check for Update.
