OnePlus has officially started rolling out a new update for its OnePlus 10 Pro devices through the firmware versions NE2211_11.A.16 (India) and NE2213_11.A.16 (European) markets. The update is currently being rolled out for Indian and European users with more markets receiving the updates in the coming days and weeks.
There are many fixes and optimizations that are a part of the A.16 update, including the July 2022 Security Patch. As it’s an incremental OTA update and might take a while to reach every OnePlus 10 Pro user in India, it’ll be rolled out first for a small proportion of the user base before there’s a broader rollout in the coming days.

According to the official changelog, the new update will optimize background apps, auto-brightness effect, and video calling experience. Moreover, there’s also a quick fix for the live wallpapers, which weren’t behaving normally under specific conditions.

Many OnePlus 10 Pro users in India and Europe have started receiving the new A.16 update and it features the July 2022 Security Patch. As this update is being rolled out via OTA, the update will reach a handful of users and a much wider release is expected to happen in the coming days.
