OnePlus 9R, OnePlus 8T getting the July 2022 security update

OnePlus 9R and OnePlus 8T are the company’s latest phone to get the July 2022 security patch. The latest software update is based on OxygenOS 12.1 and comes with the C.35 build version. It primarily brings the July security patch. However, it’s not just limited to that as there are some improvements and a fix to slow fingerprint response problem as well.

The latest incremental update for the OnePlus 8T and OnePlus 9R has the build version KB2001_11_C.32 and LE2101_11_C.32, respectively. For now, the update is available in India and it should expand to more regions in the coming weeks. According to the changelog, it fixes the slow fingerprint response issue. Also, the update brings improvements to mobile network and system stability for a better user experience.
