A few months back, OnePlus began testing the OxygenOS 12 on the OnePlus Nord CE 2 handsets. The Chinese OEM released a stable build for the Open Beta channel in mid-July and after finishing the 3-month testing phase, OnePlus has finally started rolling out the stable Android 12-based OxygenOS 12 update for the OnePlus Nord CE 2 devices. It is the very first software upgrade for the midrange and it is expected to receive another major update in the future.

OnePlus has been rolling out the new software for OnePlus Nord CE 2 and it comes with the build number C.05. The update will be around 4.66 GB in size.
