Oppo has finally started rolling out the stable Android 12 update to Reno7 Z 5G and F21 Pro 5G users. Last month, the company kicked off the ColorOS 12 trial program for both devices, and now the rollout of the stable version has begun.
The latest software update for the Oppo Reno7 Z 5G is currently rolling out in India. Users need to update their phones to the A.15 firmware version to be eligible for the Android 12 update. The target version is C.26.
Oppo F21 Pro 5G, on the other hand, is also receiving the stable Android 12 update. But it is currently available in India. Users need to have the A.13/A.14 firmware version to get the Android 12 update. After installing the update, your device will be updated to the C.26 firmware version.
Android 12 is the first major OS update for both the Reno7 Z 5G and F21 Pro 5G as the devices were launched with Android 11 out of the box. The latest software update brings the ColorOS 12 that adds a new set of features in addition to that from Android 12.
