Realme 7 Pro users are receiving a new update through OTA (Over-the-Air). The update brings improvement to the front & rear camera and fixes system bugs. It also updates your phone with the latest October 2020 security patch.

RMX2170_11_A.11: Realme 7 Pro bags its first update with September security patch

The latest OTA update for Realme 7 Pro carries firmware version  RMX2170PU_11_A.17. It adds color shifts, dynamic range of 64 mode to the rear camera, and optimizes over exposure for the selfie camera. The problems with minimum brightness, Screen dim, and fast charging are also fixed in this update. Here’s the complete changelog.

Camera

  • Optimized the overexposure of the front camera
  • Optimized the color shifts of the rear camera
  • Optimized the dynamic range of the rear camera in 64M mode

System

  • Optimized the minimum brightness when playing videos
  • Fixed the probabilistic issue that the screen dims after fingerprint unlock in outdoor scenarios
  • Fixed the probabilistic issue of unable to fast charge in some scenarios
