Realme recently pushed out the new February 2022 Security Update for Realme Narzo 30 Pro in India and now the update seems to have reached Realme 8i and Realme Narzo 20 handsets as well. The new February 2022 Security Update has started rolling out in the Indian market and will be offering a more robust security standard and better user performance for the device.

Realme has started pushing out the January and February 2022 Security updates for numerous devices and Realme 8i and Realme Narzo 20 have become the latest devices to receive the new update. The latest February 2022 Security update will come with the fix for various privacy and security-related vulnerabilities for the device. The build number for the Realme 8i and Realme Narzo 20 update will be RMX3151_11_A.38/40 and RMX2191_11.C.15 respectively.
How to update your Realme 8i and Realme Narzo 20 smartphones?
You can manually download and install this update by going to your device’s settings. For doing that, follow these simple instructions –
- Open the Settings
- Click on System and Updates
- Now, open Software Update
- Tap on the option Check for Updates
- If the update is available, simply click on Download and Install
- Once the installation is finished, reboot your Realme 8i or Realme Narzo 20
Alternatively, you could manually request software updates through the “My Huawei” app. In order to do that, open the “My Huawei app”, tap on the “Update” option, then select the “Check for Updates” option, and finally “Download and Install”.
