Realme UI update for Realme 5, 5i & 5s (Android 10) is up for download and manual installation

Oppo’s sub-brand Realme is doing really good in terms of the budget and mid-range segment smartphones along with some other accessories, and most importantly the software support. Realme has released the Realme UI based on Android 10 that runs on all the eligible Realme devices. It’s the improved version of ColorOS 7 close to pure Android implementation. Realme has released its Android 10 update timeline and follow the timeline schedule properly. Now, there is good news for all the Realme 5, 5i, and 5s device users as the Realme UI update is rolling out in batches. You can download and install the Realme UI update for Realme 5, 5i & 5s (Android 10).

It’s worth mentioning that June 2020 has been scheduled for the Realme 2 Pro model to receive the Realme UI (Android 10) update. While the Realme C2 is expected to receive the Android 10 update in Q3 2020. However, the company hasn’t announced any official date or week yet. Realme always push OTA updates in batches and the OTA update notification can be found from the device Settings – Software update.

Installation Steps

  • First of all, you will need to download the firmware file for your respective device model.
  • Now, simply transfer the firmware file to the phone’s internal storage via the File Manager.
  • You can go to the File Manager app > Tap on it and select Update Now.
  • Wait for the process to complete properly. Once done, reboot your device.
