Redmi Note 8 series global sales exceeded 30 million units

Xiaomi has been dominating the Asian mobile market for quite some time now. The company is a very well known household name in some massive smartphone markets like China and India.


The brand’s Redmi Note series smartphones have been the highest-selling mid-range smartphones in India for a few years now. Now the Vice President of Xiaomi Group, Lu Weibing has confirmed that the global sales of the Redmi Note 8 series exceeded 30 million units.

The great thing is that the sales of Redmi Note 8 have surpassed the sales number of Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 7 which was sold more than 20 million units globally. Now the company is gearing up for the release of Redmi Note 8’s successor the Redmi Note 9.
