Samsung Galaxy A42 5G clears Thailand’s NBTC certification, Might come to Asia soon

Recently, Samsung launched the Galaxy A42 5G which is the company’s latest and most affordable 5G smartphone to date. The device has now passed through Thailand’s NBTC certification, which indicates that the company may bring the phone to Asian countries as well. The Galaxy A42 5G has been priced at GBP 349 (approx Rs 33,000) in the UK.

The Galaxy A42 5G has a 6.6-inch HD+ Super AMOLED display with a waterdrop notch and an in-display fingerprint sensor. Under the hood, the phone is powered by an octa-core processor that is paired with 4GB/6GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage.

Coming to the cameras, we have a 20MP selfie camera with F2.2 aperture. The rear side houses a quad-camera setup which includes a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 5MP depth, and a 5MP macro shooter. The battery has a maximum capacity of 5,000mAh and supports 15W fast charging.
