Samsung Galaxy S20 FE gets August 2022 security update!

The August 2022 security patch update for the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is currently being rolled out in India. The update was made available to select customers in Europe earlier this month. The update is being rolled out via an OTA.

This new version is not a significant update; rather, it is an incremental security update that claims to address certain major security flaws and improve the device’s general performance and stability.

In addition to these, Samsung’s patch for August 2022 addresses a large number of vulnerabilities as well as exploits. These contain 1 critical CVE vulnerability. Additionally, it fixes 23 critical vulnerabilities at the same time.
