Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra now appeared on NFC certification. The certificate shows a model number SM-G998U which reportedly belongs to Galaxy S21 Ultra. Recently, the Galaxy S21 also obtained NFC certification, so it seems like all the S21 series phones will support NFC.
