Samsung releases June 2024 security update to Galaxy Note 20 series in Canada

Samsung’s rolling out the June 2024 security update for the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra in Canada. European and US users already got this update earlier.

This update bumps up security on Galaxy devices with the latest Android and Samsung patches. It also fixes some bugs, making your phone run more smoothly and reliably.

The update for June 2024 resolves 59 vulnerabilities, including 37 significant issues in the Android OS. There are 22 more fixes that are specifically related to Samsung’s software.

In Canada, users will be getting One UI build version N98xWVLS7HXF1. Keep in mind that these updates often roll out gradually. If you don’t see it right away, just keep checking back. It should pop up for you soon.

Just go to Settings, then Software Update, and hit Download and install. If it’s there, you can grab it and enjoy the improvements.
