Teclast Tbook 12 Pro Review and Special Sale

Today, we will be looking into one of the latest models by Teclast dubbed the TBook 12 Pro.

Teclast Tbook 12 Pro Specs Details and a Short Review

Teclast TBook 12 Pro is like a classy slim brick covered with metal. Its front side is packed with an OGS touch panel which reduces the thickness of the display removing one of the layers of the glass. This kind of display is common these days and can be seen on devices like Bluboo Maya Max an Elephone S1. This OGS (One Glass Solution) technology helps make the device thinner and much more attractive. It comes with 4mm thickness and can be considered as an ultrabook when a keyboard is connected. The corners are not that rounded and its 12.2-inch display screen means that it is unlikely for the users to hold and use it with one hand.

It doesn’t have any capacitive or touch buttons on the front which gives it more feel of laptop rather than that of a tablet. Only the camera is located in the front and it is specially designed for video chats and taking selfies. It has two speakers, a connector and docking interface buttons while other connectivity options like mini HDMI port, USB port, 3.5mm audio jack, TF card slot an DC jack are located on the left side. Its dimensions are 29.90 x 20.20 x 1.06 cm which makes it good for portability and carrying anywhere. It is extremely light weight and weighs just 0.8 kgs.

Teclast TBook 12 Pro comes with a 12.2-inch display screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. Its screen supports 10-point multitouch and comes with an aspect ratio of 16:10. It displays crystal clear images with sharp quality and vibrant colours.

Its display screen has some advantages like, it has more number of pixels than the full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080, the more the number of pixels, the clearer will be the image quality. It also gives you more height for menus, taskbars and toolbars. It also has some cons, like the movie will not fill your screen and you will see the black horizontal blocks along the top and bottom of the screen. It will also charge more because of it having more pixels than that of full HD. The screen is excellent for photographers, though the same cannot be said for movie fans or gamers. The gamers will suffer a lot especially as the screen might not support all the games.

It’s another interesting feature is the processor. This device is powered by the Intel Cherry Trail X5 Z8300 64bit Quad Core processor which clocks at 1.44GHz and is a huge hit in the market these days. It comes with Airmont architecture which is a modified shrink of the previous Silvermont core. It still retains the performance per clock, however the 14nm process leads to the better utilization of Turbo Boost or the CPU burst. It also has Intel’s 8th Gen graphics for smoothly running videos and playing games with heavy graphics. It also comes with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB ROM storage capacity.

Teclast TBook 12 Pro is an amazing device which has a lot of pros and very few cons. Its screen, processor, RAM etc. make this device a must-have.

It is available on GearBest at just $109.99 and is available in one colour; silver.
