The latest MIUI 12.0.3.0 Russia Stable ROM with version number V12.0.3.0.QGGRUXM and August 2020 security patch has been rolled out for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro.
If your device is running on a Russia Stable ROM, only then you will get the update via OTA. Otherwise, you have to install it manually. The update is based on Android 10.
