It’s been more than a week since Samsung started rolling out the July 2022 security patch. But, there are some devices that still run on the May security patch and need to be updated. Last month, Samsung started rolling out the June 2022 security update to Galaxy Note 10 in the international markets. Nearly after a month, the users in the US are getting the June update.
The June 2022 security patch update has been rolled out to the Galaxy Note 10, Galaxy Note 10+, and Galaxy Note 10+ 5G on Verizon’s network. The update fixes numerous vulnerabilities to improve the system’s security and privacy. It also improves device performance for a better user experience.
As mentioned in Samsung’s documentation, the June 2022 security for Galaxy phones fixes 5 critical, 39 high, and 1 moderate level of CVEs. Apart from these fixes, the new update for the Galaxy Note 10 series might also include fixes to some known issues.

If you are a Verizon-bound Galaxy Note 10, Note 10+, or Note 10+ 5G user in the US, you might have already received the update. In case you have not received the update notification yet, go to Settings > Software update and tap on Download and install to update your phone.
Samsung released the Galaxy Note 10 series with Android 9 Pie out of the box. The devices have already secured three major OS updates. As a result the Galaxy Note 10 series phones are now running on Android 12.
