Verizon LG Zone 4 X210VPP10c May 2018 Security Patch (OTA Update): The LG Zone comes equipped with a 5-inch, 1280×720 resolution display. It runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 CPU coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB expandable storage. It sports an 8MP camera and a fingerprint sensor on the rear and on the front it has a 5MP camera. It houses a removable 2500mAh battery. It comes with Android 7.1.2 Nougat out of the box.

There are two types of Android Software Updates available. These two are 1) Major Updates like Newer Android Versions Oreo 2) Incremental Updates (Security Patch Updates). Security patch updates are very important for Android devices as they come with many fixes of security issues which keep the device safe from malware attacks.

Verizon has started rolling out latest May 2018 security patch update for LG Zone 4 via OTA. The OTA has been rolled out in the US  and only available for Verizon users. This update comes with the latest security patch update which was released by Google in May Security. The update comes with build number X210VPP10c. The update brings some bug fixes which were available in the previous build. It also brings stability and performance improvements. Thus, you should download and install the update to your Verizon LG Zone 4 which will come as an OTA update to your phone.

Manually Update Verizon LG Zone 4 to X210VPP10c May 2018 Security Patch

You can manually check for the update from Settings > General  > About Phone  > Update Center.If there is no update showing on your device, then wait for few days for the update to come to your device as it is being released phase-wise manner.

Note:

Before installing the updates, make sure your device is connected to a good wifi and your device has more than 50 percent battery life remaining
