We have reported that Vivo is working on a smartwatch and last month, the device was spotted on China’s 3C certification site. Now Vivo smartwatch has bagged another important certification.
The upcoming Vivo watch with model number WA2056 has now been approved by Bluetooth SIG certification. The certification shows that the listing date of the device is July 7, 2020. The Bluetooth SIG listing confirms that the smartwatch will have Bluetooth version 5.0.
Sadly no other specification of the smartwatch has been disclosed by this certification. According to some reports, Vivo may launch the smartwatch this month and now these certifications reaffirmed those claims.
