Vphone S8 Review: World’s Smallest Touch ScreenPhone

When we say this is the smallest touchphone, we really mean it. It is not 4.0-inch small; it is the size of a matchbox.Vphone S8 features a 1.54-inch TFT touchscreen and is protected with 2.5D curved glass. This new technology is becoming more and more popular among smartphones however it doesn’t have Gorilla Glass which is preferred by many.

Vphone S8 comes with an unlock button on the right side with a mini USB port on the bottom, a TF card slot on top and one magnetic connector for charging. There is also a speaker above the screen as well as noise cancellation technology and standard microphone on the bottom.

Vphone S8 comes with a dimension of 46.7mm X 37.3mm X 9.9mm and is extremely light as it weighs just 30 grams. There is also two colours to choose from, black and silver.

CPU and Performance

Vphone S8 comes equipped with MTK2502 processor which is quite good for a touchphone. It is not the faster processor but it is good enough for a device of such size and for such purpose. Its processor when coupled with 64 MB RAM makes this device better.Remember this is not a smartphone, it is for the people who use their device to make call and send sms.

It also comes with 128 MB ROM storage capacity which is good enough for storing images and songs. It can further be expanded to 16 GB using TF card expansion.

Software and other features

Vphone S8 comes with Android OS however the manufacturer hasn’t actually mentioned which one. It is good enough for performing basic features and is much better than the cheap smartwatches or similar devices.

It comes with Heart rate monitor and pedometer for monitoring your health stats like number of steps walked, number of calories burnt, number of minutes ran and more. You can also run social media apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter and more.

Vphone S8 also comes with Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0 port. However it doesn’t have Wi-Fi technology or 3G/4G network support. It also comes with a 380mAh battery which is good enough for a touchphone as it provides a good backup time.

Vphone S8 Features

First of all this tiny touchphone is available $25.99 so don’t hurry into making a judgement and don’t judge it strictly. It is capable of performing all the basic functions like texting, running social media, connecting to internet, playing music and other functions. Some negative points are that it has no audio jack and it also doesn’t support 3G network. At such price, this is a must have device as it will always help you in emergency situations as normally the smartphone can cost you big bucks. This will serve you best when you are on a camping trip or climbing or any other outdoor activity.
