Xiaomi Mi 11 could be the company’s first device to launch next year. It will be a successor to the Mi 10 which was unveiled in the early months of 2020. Although, the company has not confirmed the existence of Mi 11, but leaks regarding the same are floating on the internet.
A new leak suggests that the Xiaomi Mi 11 will feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 875 chipset which is based on 5nm architecture. This information comes from a reliable tipster goes by the name Digital Chat Station. He mentions that the device will launch in China. So, we’ll have to wait and see whether Mi 11 makes a global debut or not.
The Cortex-X1 super core in Snapdragon 875 is said to have 23% better performance than Cortex-A78. Recently, the Snapdragon 875 was spotted on AnTuTu with more than 700,000 points whereas the Snapdragon 865 has managed to score 650,000 points in the AnTuTu tests.
The Mi 11 is rumored to come with a new and unique design and tough form factor like Mi 3. The phone might feature a dual-curved design with an in-display fingerprint scanner. Most of the specifications and designs are still a mystery. We expect more details to surface online as we get closer to the launch.
