Samsung is gearing up to launch a targeted software update that will iron out a bug in the photo editing feature of the Galaxy S24 series‘ Gallery app. This news was spotlighted by a community forum moderator.
The problem crops up when photos are moved via Smart Switch; edited photos do not save correctly in the Gallery app. Samsung has acknowledged this problem and is working on a solution.
The fix might be included in the July 2024 security update. Users will receive a notification when the update is available.
