Samsung is always quick with updates. Now, they’ve started rolling out the newest security update for the Galaxy Z Flip 5 smartphone. The latest update brings the June 2024 security patch update to the device.
This update makes the phone safer, more stable, and more reliable by fixing over 55 bugs that were previously present. The update is currently being rolled out in a phased manner via OTA.
The new update is tagged with version number F731BXXS2CXEA and is being released in Central America, and a wider rollout is expected in the coming days.
If you got a notification about the update, you should install it now for a better experience. You can also check for updates yourself by going to the Settings app on your phone. Find the Software Update section and select Download and Install.

If there’s an update, just follow the instructions on the screen to install it. If there is no update showing up, wait a few days, as it may take some time for the update to be available all across the globe.
