After 5G Variant, now the Galaxy A13 4G gets One UI 6.1 Update

Samsung has begun rolling out the One UI 6.1 update for the Galaxy A13 4G. Previously, the update was released for it’s  5G model. The One UI 6.1 is based on Android 14. This is a major update for the device, which brings some new features and improvements to the device.

Galaxy A13 4G users are now receiving the One UI 6.1 update. The update is tagged with the One UI build version ending in EXE3. The update package is big as it’s a major One UI update, weighing in at approximately 1.4 GB.

The One UI 6.1 update brings several notable improvements. These include depth effects for wallpapers, new widget options, and a variety of font choices to improve personalization. Users can now manage their modes and routines directly from the home screen, and the Quick Share feature has been refined for easier content sharing.

The update also focuses on improving security and family management features. The Samsung Find app has been updated, and child account settings have been upgraded. For web browsing, Samsung Internet now supports tab group sharing, making it easier to organize and share multiple tabs.

Health-conscious users will appreciate the updates to Samsung Health. The app now offers customizable health goals and includes menstrual cycle tracking, providing a more comprehensive health management experience.

Photo and video-related features are also added to the new update. The update introduces advanced editing features like precise clipping and the ability to transfer objects between photos. Video editing capabilities have been expanded with speed adjustment options and cross-device state sharing, allowing for more creative control and seamless editing across Samsung devices.

To manually check for the update, simply go to your phone’s Settings, then navigate to Software Update, and select Download and Install. Remember that the update is large, so it’s best to use a stable Wi-Fi connection for the download.
