If you have a Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, or Galaxy S23 Ultra, there’s a new update for you! This update comes with the June 2024 security patch, and it’s available now for locked T-Mobile or US Cellular users in the US.
The update for the Galaxy S23 is tagged with One UI Build version S911USQS3CXE3. For the Galaxy S23 Plus, it’s S916USQS3CXE3. And for the Galaxy S23 Ultra, it’s S918USQS3CXE3.
This update fixes 37 CVEs in the Android system. It also fixes 22 extra things from Samsung, like issues with how pictures are shown, battery info, call checks, and the Samsung Dialer app.

Samsung is sending it out via an OTA in a phased manner, so you might get it right away or it might take a few days.
It’s a good idea to install the update as soon as you can. This will make your phone safer and better in day to day tasks.
If you didn’t get a notification about the update, you can check for it yourself. Go to your phone’s settings, find ‘Software Update,’ and click to download and install it.
